Are you a local school, kinder, community group, sporting club or charitable organisation seeking assistance with fundraising? Essendon Fields supports local community groups and local businesses via donated prize vouchers for your next footy raffle, awards night, or fundraising initiative.
It’s easy – you tell us what you’re raising money for, and we provide a voucher from a local business located here at Essendon Fields you can use as a prize. Together, we can help support local businesses and local groups – sharing the love in our community.
Prizes are awarded three times per year in October, February and June – so if there’s an event you’re needing fundraising help with – check below for when the next round of prizes will be available, and apply now via the form below:

Eligibility criteria:
You must be a registered organisation located and operating in one of the eligible local suburbs in the proximity of Essendon Fields:
- Prizes provided as gift vouchers, not transferrable or redeemable for cash
- Prizes made available on the date noted on our website and cannot be brought forward, if you’ve missed the cut off for your event, we invite you to apply in the next round. Submissions are assessed and prizes awarded each October, February and June.

Submit your request via the form below. Fundraising support is discretionary. Successful applicants will be informed via email, and will be required to collect gift prizes from Essendon Fields’ head office located in English Street, Essendon Fields.
