Essendon Fields is pleased to announce that Paul Keleher has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Paul brings more than 25 years of experience in property, facilities and asset management, having held senior roles across the commercial property and industrial sectors including with Stockland. His background in managing complex property portfolios and leading multidisciplinary teams has equipped him with the skills and insight to guide Essendon Fields into its next phase of growth.

Since joining Essendon Fields, Paul has been instrumental in advancing the precinct’s vision of integrating aviation, commercial and retail activity within a thriving community environment. His leadership has helped strengthen the balance between the operational demands of a busy working airport and the needs of more than 300 businesses and the thousands of employees who call Essendon Fields home.

As COO, Paul will oversee the coordination of Essendon Fields’ aviation, property and facilities operations. His focus will be on ensuring operational excellence while positioning the precinct as a key driver of investment and employment in Victoria.
