A note from our neighbours at 7 English Street, Matthews Steer:

Here at Matthews Steer we realise the difficult times the business community is facing in the current environment.  Navigating the constant flow of information from both the Victorian & Federal government can be confusing and complicated. We are offering Essendon Fields community members a comprehensive review of your entitlements where you will definitively understand:

WHAT you can access, HOW MUCH you can expect, WHEN you can expect to receive funds and what ACTIONS need to be taken to maximise your entitlements.

For more information or to request a review please feel free to contact me directly.

In order to keep our staff safe we’ve also adjusted our Essendon Fields head office operations, and the majority of the team remain working from home. Other initiatives we’ve implemented include introducing a new leave entitlement for employees with partners working in healthcare, so they can take time off to look after their families whilst their partner supports the State.

Additionally, EF has been working closely with affected tenants to provide financial relief, and also working with our suppliers and contractors to reduce asset management costs, in order to pass these savings onto our tenants in the form of reduced outgoings. To find out more about these latest EF initiatives, visit our newsroom.
