Together we will operate a viable airport that connects Melbourne to the regions and beyond, provides a critical base for emergency services, is Australia’s premier business aviation hub, and is known for its broad commitment to general aviation, and deliver an urban renewal precinct with capacity for more than 20,000 jobs.

We will thoughtfully manage the necessary co-existence of aviation and property land uses to optimise the commercial opportunities available across all sectors, consistent with our approved Master Plan.
