Serco has recently joined the Essendon Fields community and now has around 400 people working in their newest customer contact centre which is handling calls on behalf of a major Australian Government Department.

The company takes calls from people across Australia needing assistance to access government services and benefits. Serco has been operating for more than 30 years in Australia and employs more than 10,000 people, delivering complex and sensitive services on behalf of Australian and State Government clients.
