Kerry Logistics Oceania finds new home at EF

Kerry Logistics Oceania has recently relocated to the newly completed Bell Business Centre at Essendon Fields as part of a five year deal.

A leading logistics service provider, Kerry Logistics has an extensive global presence across 58 countries and territories. Employing over 150 staff in Oceania, the company offers a comprehensive range of supply chain solutions servicing all areas of Australia and New Zealand from various location in Auckland, Christchurch, Adelaide, Sydney, and Melbourne.

In 1959 this passenger terminal opened at Essendon Airport, replacing temporary facilities in the former Aero Club building. It was the second dedicated International Terminal in Australia, and served as Melbourne’s gateway to the world until 1970. Having recently undergone a $5 million refurbishment, Kerry Logistics moves into the second stage of this significant redevelopment, within a building steeped in Melbourne’s history.

The newly fitted modern office space has been designed to comfortably accommodate their team and compliment an 11,000 sqm logistics facility and cold chain operation based in Laverton North. The new Kerry Logistics’ office will support Melbourne based corporate cliental, as well as enhancing their local customer service and operations.

Pagona Tragaras, National Operations Manager for Kerry Logistics in Australia, said location was the stand-out reason why the company chose to relocate to the Bell Business Centre at Essendon Fields.

“The position of the office space alongside a major freeway and closely connected to Melbourne Airport was a big attraction, alongside all the amenity within Essendon Fields,’’ Ms Tragaras.

“We are very excited about the move and the positive impact it will have on our workforce and clients,’’ she said.
