For Property enquiries, our Facilities Manager will be available during normal office hours and on non-public holidays. Please call our office on 9948 9400 and press 3 for assistance. For non-urgent matters we urge all customers to please get in touch with their Property Manager when the office reopens.

Any urgent issues outside of office hours or on public holidays over the break will be treated as follows:

For emergency maintenance affecting safety or security, emergency plumbing and electrical contractors will attend out of hours or on public holidays. Please be advised that if a contractor attends and deems the call out non-urgent, the cost of the call out will be charged back to the tenant.

Urgent repairs are:

• burst water service
• blocked or broken toilet system (if there is only one toilet at the property)
• serious roof leak
• gas leak
• dangerous electrical fault
• flooding or serious flood damage
• serious storm or fire damage
• failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
• any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure

Victorian State Emergency Service can also be contacted on 132 500 for emergency assistance in relation to flash flooding and storm damage.
