Colliers, one of the biggest names in commercial and industrial real estate in Australia, is moving its north-west office to Essendon Fields.

Colliers have secured a five-year lease at suite G01, 6 English Street, creating an expansive central base for their local staff who service the fast-growing Melbourne north and west markets.

Nick Saunders, Colliers’ National Director of Industrial, said the move signified a major expansion of operations by Colliers, especially given the fast-growing industrial sector in the region.

“The prime location of the Essendon Fields business park, being on the border of the western, northern and inner suburbs, will allow our market-leading industrial team to service this rapidly growing market. The strategic location will also allow us to increase our presence in the broader inner north and western commercial markets, which will provide development opportunities for our business and cater to the increased need for our services in this area,” he said

He also noted the growth of the Essendon Fields business park to date, culminating in the airport centenary this year. “Our new home will allow us to accelerate the growth of our service offerings and with it the success of our current and future clients, as well as our people.
