FIRST LOOK | The Landing Place opens at EF
Essendon Fields has a new culinary destination – The Landing Place at Hyatt Place Melbourne – offering hotel guests, visitors to the precinct and tenants an exciting dining concept created by Executive Chef Babu Bandaru.
In keeping with the Hyatt’s global ‘Food. Thoughtfully sourced. Carefully served‘ philosophy, the menu boasts the freshest seasonal produce to ensure guests are treated to the most unique culinary experience.
The restaurant also offers an impressive wine list from both Australia and around the world to accompany its diverse menu.
Located at Hyatt Place Melbourne Essendon Fields, The Landing Place is expected to become yet another must-do dining option at Essendon Fields, after the success of the recently opened Basq and the ongoing popularity of Mr McCracken.
Peter Sullivan, General Manager at Hyatt Place Essendon Fields, invited the entire Essendon Fields’ community to come and experience this new culinary delight, and bring colleagues, family or friends.
“With an aim to deliver a fresh new take on Melbourne’s fine dining reputation, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new restaurant. The Landing Place is set to offer an unparalleled dining experience, from our beautiful and modern interiors to an exceptional selection of dishes that are sure to exceed our guests’ expectations at every turn,’’ he said.
After a recent enhancement to the hotel’s foyer at Essendon Fields, the restaurant’s interiors are modern yet warm, creating an inviting ambiance for guests to enjoy their dining experience. The dining area has been designed with an open kitchen concept, which is something these days most diners seem to enjoy.
“We are delighted to welcome this exciting new restaurant to Essendon Fields. The Landing Place offers yet another impressive dining option for everyone who either works at the precinct or for visitors as well as those staying at the hotel,’’ said Brendan Pihan, Essendon Fields CEO.
“Essendon Fields is determined to continue to grow and evolve, offering even more amenities for its tenants and visitors. We know we have become a destination in our own right in Melbourne’s north-west and the opening of The Landing Place is just yet another reason to come to Essendon Fields to experience everything that it offers,’’ finished Mr Pihan.
The Landing Place is open now at Hyatt Place Melbourne, 1 English St, Essendon Fields from 6.30am – 9.30pm, 7 days.
